Admission Details

Eligibility Criterion

1. Free Seats

Applicant should be a citizen of India.

Should have passed P.U.C.-2 or equivalent examination with optional of physics, chemistry, and mathematics with English as one of the languages of study and with at least 45% marks in PCM group (35% in the case of SC/ST group A applicants).

Should have studied at least ten full academic years in Karnataka, in recognized institutions, between first standard and qualifying examination

2. Payment Seats

The applicant should have passed Karnataka P.U.C.-2 or equivalent examination with optional of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with English as one of the languages of study and with at least 45% marks in PCM group (35% in the case of SC/ST candidates of Karnataka). The admissions for free seats and payment seats shall be done by the Director of Technical Education, Palace Road, Bangalore-560001. The candidates can contact this address during April/May every year and appear for the Common Entrance Test (C.E.T)
